I have a user who has reported that the board is too wide and doesn't fit on the user's monitor, and that the type is too large. Also there was a problem when 'create thread' is clicked (goes nowhere). Anybody else seeing this? It looks OK on several computers that I own, and I have no problem creating threads. If everything looks OK to you, perhaps you have an idea how to help this user. BTW this user surfs the fascist board with no problems that I am aware of

update: I saw another user in the support forums who says he has giant text (on another board) and that a simple F5 fixes it. I would also advise users to clear their browser cache from time to time. you should be doing that anyway to save a lot of heartache

In this case I believe the user may have a legit beef, because this problem has been reported by others: support.proboards.com/thread/465700/ultra-large-textI wonder if the user may have some garbage trapped in their cache from where I was fiddling with the settings. I'd give anything to see what they are seeing |

After reading the link, it sounds like the user needs to ask ADIMN to change the browser setting so the user can continue to post from work.

Evidently there is a problem with the "email all members" function, and the proboards staff has been notified, so if any of you members get emails that look out-of-date it may be because they were hung up in cyberspace somehow

I just checked my yahoo account, it there dated 5/25/2013, good thing I checked. I had three months of bull crap to delete. thank you.
