When Gay People Use the Word 'Breeder', is That Sorta

"breeder" is a somewhat derogatory term but does not sink to the level of the n-word. The n-word denigrates an entire race of people based on their skin color alone. Also has to do with white people's belief that Black people are inferior in every way. Common beliefs are that Blacks are All less intelligent, they all want to depend on the government, are all criminals, ad nauseum. Whites used their belief that they were a superior race to kidnap, use, severely abuse, rape, and sometimes kill Black people.

The term "breeder", as used by gays, is no where near as hate-filled a term as the n-word. It is just a little snotty. Gays cannot fight the stereotypes and often downright filthy and sub-human speech used against them by other folks. So they latched onto the term "breeder". When you sit back, open your mind and think about, it is somewhat humorous. IMHO.
